How To Make Beef Karahi
INGREDIENTS
Beef 1 kg
Tomatoes 400 grams
(cubed)
Onion 400 grams
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
10-15 green chilies
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger 2 inch piece
Salt to taste
Cloves 2
Red chili flakes
Cooking oil 1 cup
Green coriander 1cup (chopped)
INGRENDIENTS
FOR MARINATE:
2 lemon (juice)
Carom seed powder 1 tsp
METHOD
1-Take bowl add beef and lemon juice and carom seed powder
on beef and leave for 2-3 hours for margination.
2-Then add beef in cooker and boil beef with green chilies,
,salt and turmeric powder garlic ginger
paste, cloves until beef gets tender.
3-Now take another pan heat oil and fry onion till light
golden brown .then add beef and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4-Then add ginger garlic paste and fry for some second then add chopped
tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes until oil separates.
5-Then garnish with green coriander and green chili and serve.
