How To Make Chicken Seekh Kebab

Ingredients for chicken seekh 

4 servings

250 grams chopped chicken

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 teaspoon garlic paste

1 red onion

10 branches of coriander.

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon hot spice powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon green cardamom

50 grams of butter

Salt as needed

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons bread crumbs 

How to make Chicken Seekh  Kebab

Step 1/4 Blend the vegetables well.

Wash the vegetables, remove the water and start mixing the finely chopped onion, green chilies and coriander in a blender. Make a thick paste.

Step 2/4 Blend the chopped chicken and add spices.

Add the chopped chicken and blend until all the ingredients are well combined. Take it out in a bowl, add all the spices and mix.

Step 3/4 Start by sticking the kebabs on the skewers.

Now add melted butter, lemon juice and bread crumbs. Mix them well and let them rest for 30 minutes. Put a little butter on your hands and start applying the chopped chicken mix on the skewers.

Step 4/4 Start frying the kebabs and serve.

Now you can put it in the oven or heat it and put butter in it. Now take each skewer and fry it on the stove for 3-5 minutes. Now when your kebabs are ready, serve them with green sauce and chopped onion.
