How to Make Chicken Shami Kebab

INGREDIENTS OF CHICKEN SHAMI KEBAB

1 cup Chana dal

2 tsp oil

1 tsp cumin seeds

7-8 cloves

2 sticks cinnamon

2 tsp coriander seeds

1 tsp ajwain

1/2 tsp red chili flakes

500gms boneless chicken

1 tsp salt 1 cup water

1 tsp ginger paste

3 green chili

2 tsp garlic paste

1/2tsp coriander leaves chopped

1/2cup mint leaves chopped

2 Egg

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN SHAMI KEBAB

1-Soak one cup Chana dal for 30 minutes

2 -Heat oil in pressure cooker add cumin seeds cloves, black peppercorns ,cinnamon, coriander seeds, ajwain  red chili red chili flakes stir 1 minutes.

3-now add the soaked Chana dal and mix thoroughly.

4-add boneless chicken and salt. Bring  to simmer, adding required water

5-cook until all the water soaked and chicken is tendered.

6- let it cool for some time and then grind all the ingredients to a thick paste.

7-now add ginger garlic paste ,coriander leaves and mint leaves. mix all the ingredients to combine well.

8-now add the raw egg liquid mix thoroughly.

9-using hand make kababs of any desired shape  and size ,make flat round shape.


10- now dipping in egg fluid shallow fry  kebabs from both side till golden brown.

11-you can serve the kebabs with chutney and ketchup  as you want
