How To Make Custard Pudding
Ingredients
3 cup milk
1 cup cream
6-7 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
16 oz French bread
PREPARSTION METHOD
1-Cube your loaf of bread into1.5 inch cubes.
2-in large bowl combine all ingredients for the custard
mixture. Using whisk ,add eggs in this mix it well until all egg are fully
mixed in.
3- pour this mixture into a large baking dish and then add
in dried bread cubes. gently toss until all the bread is coated. extra mixture
will be soaked up by bread.
Cover the baking dish and leave it in refrigerator overnight
until custard mixture has been soaked up.
5- preheat your oven 350 degrees
6- cover your baking dish tightly with foil and place it into a large pan and bake for 1 hours covered until inserting a tooth pick in the middle comes out clean.
7-uncover your baking dish and continue to bake it in the
roasting pan until the crust become browned and crispy .
