How to make peas(matar) beef Qeema
INGREDIENTS OF BEEF PEAS QEEMA
.120 gm beef Keema
.2 medium tomato
.1/2 cup peas
.2 medium onion
.3 tablespoon cooking
oil
.1/3 tablespoon
ginger paste
.1/3 table spoon
garlic paste
.1 tea spoon red
chili powder
.1table spoon black
pepper powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
.1 table spoon salt
.3 green chili
.1teaspoon turmeric powder
.1/inch cinnamon
stick
.1 tea spoon gram
masala powder
.water as required
How to make keema
Add oil to a frying pan and heat on medium flame. add onion and fry until onion become light brown.
Then add ginger garlic paste ,and stir for some second then add beef keema mix well for 4-5 minutes add coriander powder tomato’s fry 2 mints cook until tomato are soft add red chili powder turmeric powder salt stir the ingredients well if beef is coke add green chili and peas in it and mix well coke for 2 minutes.
Then add 1 cup water stir
well and cover (coke) for 10-13 minutes on low flame. cook till the water is dry and peas are done. add garam masala black pepper coriander leaves
Garnish with coriander leaves .you also serve with lemon
