How To Make Bread Pudding/shahi Tukhda.(Royal Piece)
Bread pudding / royal piece (shahi Tukhda)
Here are the ingredients:
4 piles or 200 grams of ghee (buy here)
7 loaves
5 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup thick cream or fresh cream
1 teaspoon green cardamom powder (cardamom powder)
A pinch of dried saffron strips
Here's how to make bread pudding:
Remove the crust from the bread crumbs and cut them into 4 square. you also cut into triangles. shape.
Make a non-stick pan big enough to fry more bread. Place about 1 tablespoon ghee (clean butter) on a non-stick pan over medium heat. Put a bread as you can fit in the pan. Wrap the bread around so that it blends evenly with the ghee. Add more ghee/oil to the pan as needed.
Fry the sliced bread until golden brown on all sides and remove from the pan. Repeat this process for the rest of the bread.
In the same pan, add milk, sugar, cardamom powder and saffron strips over medium heat.
Leave the milk in the shade for about 10 minutes. When the milk is cooking, get the main dish where you want to put your bread pudding.
Add the baked bread crumbs to the milk and let them cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
Remove the baked bread slices from the milk and arrange on a serving dish. Repeat this process until all the loaves are done.
Add the remaining cream to the milk mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and stir the milk mixture for 1/2 minutes.
Cover the chopped bread with milk mixture and sprinkle some pistachios and almonds in it. Serve and enjoy!
