How To Make Egg Noodles
Ingredients
4 servings
250 grams of boiled fresh noodles
1 cup chopped, chopped cabbage
1 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons powdered pepper
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
3 teaspoons garlic paste
1 cup finely chopped beans
3 eggs
1 cup chopped carrots
7 chopped green chilies
Salt as needed
Ginger paste 3 tbsp.
1 teaspoon Ajinomoto
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Step 1 Boil the noodles.

To make this easy recipe, start by boiling the noodles evenly. when done, drain the excess water and set aside.
Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot enough, add ginger garlic paste and fry for a while. If you want to make it more delicious, add some finely chopped green chilies. You can also use pepper soaked in vinegar.
Step 2 cook the vegetables and cook the eggs.
Then put onion, beans and green chilies in the same pan and fry for one or two minutes. Add carrots, cabbage, salt, pepper powder, soy sauce and Ajinomoto. Fry the ingredients for a while. When ready, add the steamed noodles and beat the eggs in the pan. stir well and cook for a few minutes. If you like smoky flavors, stir the vegetable mixture over high heat.
Step 3 Garnish and join in the good.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 2-3 minutes. then transfer the dish to a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot and mix with your favorite spicy gravy.
Suggestions
To make the dish even better, add some finely chopped onions. It will add flavor and color.
When boiling the noodles, add a teaspoon of refined oil and salt. This will help the noodles from sticking.
If you like a slightly burning taste, you can toss the noodles over high heat.
