How To Make No Oven Chocolate Cake



 Ingredients

30 pieces of cream filled cookies

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon baking powder

To sing

1/2 cup chopped chocolate

¼ Cup all-purpose cream (or whipping cream)

Instructions

Crush the creamy cookies until they become fine crumbs. You can use a food processor or blender or rolling pin to crush them.

In a mixing bowl, place the crushed cookies. Add milk. Mix well until creamy and smooth. This may take some time. Make sure there are no lumps.


When smooth, add baking powder. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into the baking pan with the bottom baking paper.

Preheat the pan with the lid on low heat for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes place the wire rack on it. Then place the baking pan with the chocolate mixture. "Pan bake" for 40 to 45 minutes using low heat.

Check with a toothpick after 40 minutes. If it's clean, it's ready. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before opening. After that, let the songs cool completely before adding the frosting.

Cooking chocolate ganache

By microwave: In a safe microwave bowl, mix the chocolate and cream. Put in the microwave for 1 minute until the chocolate is completely melted.

By double boiler: Mix the chocolate and cream in a heat proof bowl. Place the pot on top of the pot with boiling water. Let the chocolate melt with the heat of water. Stir well until the chocolate is completely melted.


  • After making the ganache, pour it immediately over  caked. Add some chopped chocolates or chocolate chips on top for decoration (optional).
  • Notice of instructions:
  • Creamy Cookies: In this recipe, I used cream-o. You can use Oreo, Bingo or anything.
  • Baking: This 3-ingredient chocolate cake you can also be baked. Preheat oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until the toothpick is clean.
  • Steam: You can also steam it. Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil to prevent steam water from dripping into the cake. Steam for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick is clean.
  • Chocolate ganache are optional. You can use any of the frosting needed for this prescription.
  • In this recipe, I used a 6 inch round pan.
