Paneer Fried Rice


 To marinate and fry cheese:

1 cup cheese / cottage cheese (cubes)

 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder

1 teaspoon salt

 2 tablespoons oil

For fried rice:

 2 tablespoons oil

 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)

Onion (finely chopped)

 4 tablespoons spring onions (chopped)

½ Carrots (chopped)

4 beans (chopped)

¼ Capsicum (chopped)

Capsicum (chopped)

3 tablespoons cabbage (chopped)

1 teaspoon chili sauce

 1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Teaspoon pepper powder

1 teaspoon salt

3 cups cooked rice

Instructions

 First take 1 cup of cheese in a bowl. Be sure to make small cubes.

Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 2 tablespoons chili powder and 1 tablespoon salt.

Mix well so that all the spices are well mixed. Marinate for 20 minutes.

Now heat 2 tablespoons oil and add marinated cheese.

Fry on low to medium heat until golden brown. Do not overcook as it becomes rubber. Sit aside

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large pan and fry 2 cloves garlic, 2 onions and 2 tablespoons spring onions on high heat.

Now add 2 carrots, 4 beans, 2 red capsicum, 2 green capsicum.

Fry over high heat until vegetables are cooked and soft.

Add 3 tablespoons cabbage and fry for a few seconds.

Add 1 teaspoon chili sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons pepper powder and 2 teaspoons salt.

Fry until the sauce is well mixed.

Add 3 cups cooked rice. You can use freshly cooked rice or leftover rice here.

Mix everything well and fry on high heat.

Add roasted cheese, 2 tablespoons spring ounces and mix well.

Lastly, enjoy Cheese Fried Rice with Gobi Manchurian Gravy.
