How To Make Watermelon Strawberry Popsicle

 Ingredients

2 cups watermelon without seeds cubed

10 chopped strawberries.

Instructions

Place the watermelon cubes in a blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth.

Put the watermelon puree in the popsicle mold, half full. Put some watermelon puree in the blender.

Add the strawberries to the blender, and blend until smooth.

Apply the watermelon and strawberry mixture in popsicle mode, filling almost to the top.

Place the lid on the popsicle mold, and insert the popsicle sticks.

Keep in the freezer until frozen - about 3-4 hours, depending on the size of the mold.

When ready to eat, remove the popsicle mold from the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes before removing the popsicles.

The amount of fruit will vary depending on the size of your popsicle mold. Adjust as needed.
