Tawa keema Recipes

 


Tawa Keema( Qeema) is an elegant dish to present at dinner or one-dish parties

 Ingredients:

250 grams of beef

Onion 1 (chopped)

Tomatoes 2 (sliced)

Kasuri methi 1/2 teaspoon

Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

Ginger 1 teaspoon (chopped)

Green Pepper 2

Cumin powder 1 teaspoon

Salt 1/2 tsp

1/2 teaspoon hot spice powder

4 tablespoons oil

Method:

Step 1: Take a tawa / pan and add oil and ginger garlic paste and cook lightly. Add the beef paste and cook over low heat until it changes color and then add the tomatoes. Stir and cover and cook. 5 minutes on medium heat.

Step 2: After 5 minutes remove the lid and add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, kasuri fenugreek, cumin powder, garam masala powder and stir for 1 minute and then add onion, chopped green chilies  and tomato ketchup  cover with lid. ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ . Cook over medium heat for 25 minutes.

Step 3: Then remove the lid and add the chopped ginger and stir for 1 to 2 minutes on high heat and turn off the fire. Your mincemeat is ready.
