  Tawa Keema( Qeema) is an elegant dish to present at dinner or one-dish parties  Ingredients: 250 grams of beef Onion 1 (chopped) Tomatoes 2 (sliced) Kasuri methi 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Ginger 1 teaspoon (chopped) Green Pepper 2 Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Salt 1/2 tsp 1/2 teaspoon hot spice powder 4 tablespoons oil Method: Step 1: Take a tawa / pan and add oil and ginger garlic paste and cook lightly. Add the beef paste and cook over low heat until it changes color and then add the tomatoes. Stir and cover and cook. 5 minutes on medium heat.
